We import a beautiful VS Cognac to our boutique distillery, where we redistill and chill filter it using our unique processes and custom designed equipment. This allows the subtle flavours and aromas of the Cognac to come through, while imparting a smoothness that really sets Bifrost apart as a spirit drink of exceptional quality.
