Alcohol brings its own interesting challenges too… Royal Mail have placed sensible restrictions on the carriage of alcohol, by which we abide. If you would like to order more than 2 bottles, or would like us to ship Internationally, then please get in touch via email and we will look into the best solution and quote you a price.
If you would like to return your order, for any reason, then you may do so within 14 days of receipt using the same packaging. Please contact us before returning your order, ensuring you obtain proof of postage for a full refund. Return postage is at the expense of the customer except in the case of damaged or miss sold products.
In the very unlikely event of a breakage please keep all packaging (don’t open the box though) and contact us, with a photograph if possible, at email@example.com, and we will arrange a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
